    Old phone Vs the New 4G/ 5G

    We still have a Samsung GT-E1200 and have noticed when making calls to smartphones, there is a connection problem. The Smartphone user cannot hear the person with the old phone The person using the old phone can hear the person on the newer smart phones Is this a "G" problem?
