I have been in the IT industry since 1991 performing various roles Application Support, Transition Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management, Disaster Recovery and Project Management in the Data Centre, Billing and IT environments, and liaising / engaging with all levels within the organizations.

I was responsible for Vodacom’s third largest revenue generator. My involvement included all project management functions and applying the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), understanding the Clients brief and delivering that brief to our 3 party supplier, ensured the 3rd party supplier delivered on their mandate, responsible for the communications to all stakeholders and the implementation schedule. Ensured that test plans were drafted and used throughout the FAT and UAT processes. While I don't have any Business Analyst certification, I have delivered analysis documentation.

I have experience in Problem & Incident Management and driving SLA's to achieve goals. I have very good People Management skills where I can get the ‘workforce’ to drive towards a common goal.

I am very focused on Processes and Procedures and continually look at ways to improve the services offered. I have represented as Disaster Recovery champion for various departments at Vodacom.

I am a hardworking, honest and punctual person. I pride myself in the attention to detail and quality of work I produce and focus on activities to deliver goals.
