There is no Frogfoot order number because I'm told by customer care at vodacom that the fibre is vodacom using Frogfoot infrastructure. Amazingly at vodacom they describe us as Frogfoot customers. The above attached order number was issued by vodacom.- Berthwell

On the 10th of November 2020 I requested a relocation of my fibre with vodacom, I received a SR201110-833087. On the 22nd of December 2020 they sent me a new sales order number S0201222-337483, on the 28th of December I received an e-mail that the fibre has been relocated.
