    Sad to see how bad Axxess support has gotten (Both technical and general support)

    Does anyone have an escalation email for Axxess? 1 and half months, 10 hours with support and technical, 3 routers later the Fixed LTE still doesn't work. I used to be a client for 10 years, sad to see my parents getting this level of service!
