    Am still getting billed since 2015 despite cancelling. Have changed account and now have been black listed. Please help.

    The struggle to cancel a Telkom account

    Since 2015 Telkom has been failing to cancel my account. Please help. Telkom customer care sucks. They keep on telling me that they are escalating the matter but to no avail till to date.
