    No, you can pay your bill at any PnP or PnP clothing. It still works. All people I know received their ebucks last month. PnP ASAP no longer works which was confirmed last month.

    It always works. There must be some issue with the store OR you did something incorrect. At worse, if you paid groceries plus bills together, you should have earned for the groceries portion.
