There are 2 sets of terms here that one needs to abide by. The ISP's terms and the FNO.
Afrihost clearly states no private or home servers, for whatever reason. Thats a rather wide condition from them, likely for them to apply whenever they want an excuse to close down a high traffic...
I didnt know this, particularly the home server and private servers, which is a bunch of kek to be honest.
Since seeing this, I have submitted my cancellation and moving to Atomic who allow home servers, and crap, decided to upgrade to 1000/250 from my 100/50 line.
13 July Update:
Unfortunately there has been no movement whatsoever.
The complaint was originally logged with the NCC on 23 October, and has progressed through assessment, referral back to Defy, and then formally referred to investigation on 12 March.
Since then, despite numerous follow up...
Everything going smoothly on my side. Refund has been processed, showing that it will be transferred tomorrow.

Not needed if your tax is fairly simple.
efiling is pretty easy if the site doesnt have massive traffic.
I think most took less than 5min to do their refund because everything is prepopulated, while with Taxtim, you have to still populate everything.
Update. Geewiz sent me daily updates through the process with no follow ups needed.
Case was approved on 23 April. Package arrived at Courier Guy Cape Town on Friday evening, and they allowed me to collect on Saturday morning.
