    There are companies that respond to complaints on HPeter, it's clear that companies that want to, can turn the rating around by solving the issues. There are good rates out there from the same people that originally complained. It gives us a voice.

    I think we can add Afrihost Mobile and the smaller providers (they all have similarly poor reviews). I guess there just is no mobile provider that provide service and part reason is the lack of concern about service when taking out contracts, I think most of us simply look at the bottom line...
