    I am happy, I used Amazon a lot until they ended free shipping, their service has been brilliant. I already have Prime for the house paying R79. R400 for the year for the whole package is a no brainer, a steak and a bottle of wine in a restaurant costs more than that.

    With the City of Cape Town the conveyancer does the refund and it usually takes between 1 to 3 months to be processed. The money gets paid into his trust account and he refunds the seller.
