Possible to fight to get medical aid to cover something?
We've had to put my mother into a care facility, but were told by medical aid (Gems) that they won't cover anything "permanent". Is there any way to challenge this? I'm decidedly unimpressed - they've covered barely anything ever since my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimers, even when we were on...- bonebitch
