    So today again ... on a Monday (which are horrible days if you are employed in IT Operational Support) ... this is what I get ... I am unable to launch any form of Remote Support portal to customers OR to log into ITSM to see which calls were logged that need actioning ... fabulous start (AGAIN)...

    Good morning. My connection has been a LOT more stable over the last few days. I am able to work and attend meetings without disconnects and signal drops. The Outdoor CPE X has put a smile on my initially, very unhappy face.
