    yeah even though he tested each slot the board is not activating the dual channel memory lane, which means the communication between the memory controller and the board is not functioning properly, that is why its reserving one DIMM as non useable memory.

    this is normally an indication of a motherboard that is failing. had the same thing happen with a new Ryzen build. had to swap out the motherboard to get it fixed.

    HI; you can take it to Partserve they are the repair agents for lenovo warranties. that is if its a Vendor warranty and not a 3rd party warranty.

    yeah normally we had good internet through Vox; understandably it seems like a routing issue going wrong somewhere.

    Man this is really starting to get annoying; its like Clockwork; from 7pm till about 11pm the internet is unusable, massive packet loss and pings are to about 1000ms, and there just isint any word of a resolution insight.

    also been having this issue since Sunday; even called Vox today to check and they did a Port Reset; only way i can get passed this is using a VPN with a Local route, which means there is a routing issue on frogfoot's side currently.
