    Assistance needed

    Hi there...I purchased and activated my rain SIM today (8 January 2022), and I also cancelled the sim on the same day due to very poor network speeds. It was stated that if I cancel within 7 days from activation, I would be refunded. Could I get help in processing this refund? Thank you so much
