South African ISPs face off in 2021
My experience with RSAWEB has been decent. 50mbps line Openserve. However the ISP shapes netflix and YouTube traffic between the hours of 1730 and 2230 daily. The quality drops between these times and you're unable to stream steady in 4K- brianchaloner
