Free tool to convert lots of photos into one video?
I've found ffmpeg is good for doing strange or random things like this. You just have it in a folder somewhere and when you want to do something like this you just do a search... ..and for what you want you might find the following command ffmpeg -framerate 0.5 -i img%03d.jpg -c:v libx264... -
