    I have been booted off just about all of the MTI sites, so I cant see what is happening. Is that "quick maintenance upgrade" still running and their site is still down? They are finished if that is the case. There is no way that any "upgrade" takes that long no matter how "fast they have grown".

    Arbitrage trading is not illegal, and as the article explains it essentially involves buying an asset from one trader who offers an asset at a price lower than that same asset is being offered by other traders, and then selling that asset again at the higher price being offered by the other traders.
