    Proof that he paid me, not that I own it. It was cash deal.

    I sold my car and did not hand in the yellow form like I was supposed to. I also do not have proof of payment or the buyers details. I have just had to pay fines and renew its license to release my bikes licence. I know this is my fault. But what do I do now? De register, write off, report...
