André de Ruyter was recommended by a black man (Tito Mboweni) and appointed by a black man (Cyril Ramaphosa), notwithstanding that every Eskom CEO before and after him has been black. Ramakgopa and Nyati are either useful idiots, or active participants in plundering Eskom.- BSDetector
