    Telkom exchange problem since 5 July, still no answers. HELP!

    We are a WISP in Phalaborwa, Limpopo and we first reported 10-20% packet loss on all of our Telkom ADSL lines on 5 July (there is no alternative to Telkom fibre in this area unless you have R120k per month to spare).
