You're misunderstanding @WAslayer . This issue first came to light when loadshedding was happening. Now, our area still gets power cuts sometimes and every time it does, my internet doesn't connect for hours. Other houses in the neighbourhood do connect immediately. If anyone is able to assist or advise it would be greatly appreciated. I am with Homeconnect and my fibre line is managed by Vumatel. Sorry to reopen this thread but does anyone have a solution to this? I'm with Home Connect in JHB.
