I recently started installing a few sonoff light switches. I experienced the same issue where the switches was not pairing.
I had to disables 5ghz on the router/AP, full restart and tried again. All good thereafter
That is a fair observation.
There was some unknowns in the budget during drafting, those unknowns end up being significant spend (equipment hire, reinforcement steel, etc)
On the other hand, there were some fairly accurate estimate (bricks, slab, etc.)

We officially started 15-Aug-2023
The months to thereafter was rough.
Budget over ran on almost every activity.
We still in the thick of things, but budget is starting to thin out.

For me, it was considered normal to get married when you ready to move in together and play house.
We got married at the age of 26.
11 years now and we still running strong…
Final got the plans back from the council.
It’s been just over a year, many follow ups and delays.
The new online system (cpms) used by CoJ for building plans submission and management is a hot mess!!!
Happy with the approval, will breaking ground soon.
