    Yep, that's going to be on-device monitoring for the entire LAN, you'll need something at a point where all the traffic passes through, the ones on router interfaces are usually not as nice to use I suppose.

    Yep, the issue should be resolved for any affected users. Side note: Have you considered a data usage monitor like Glasswire on your local network?

    How about a ZTE 5G CPE G5TS? Then you plug in some external antennas (not included with the device). Should be a good choice for flexibility since it's also supported by most ISP fixed wireless broadband services.
