    The "Rate your ISP" bit does not appear on my screen but does on the screenshots. Weird! I've never heard of airmobile.co.za, but am with Afrihost and would give them a 3, though the problem of intermittent service during load-shedding - and generally very slow connection - may lie with MTN.
