    So Rain is supposed to contact us, but they also said this on 5 April and nothing happened? Does anyone have any suggestions? We have tried different phones, different networks, tried contacting Rain and nothing happens. Its been almost a month and we cant figure out how to Rica at all.

    Does anyone know what is up with Rain upload and download speeds? I got an external antenna last week, so my reception is at 4 out of 5 bars, and I have gone up from under 1Mbps download and no upload speed, but still? Is this the best you get with Rain?

    Hi all, How long did it take you to get your sims Rica'd? I've done it before a couple of months ago, and it was quick, but it seems their new system is very problematic. Very far from the "15 minutes" advertised on the site.
