    Commissioner of oaths in South Africa

    Hi I would like to find out whether there is an age restriction on becoming a Commissioner of oaths. I am 62 years old and have been informed that the age limit is 60, however I do not see anything in the Act pertaining to an age limit. Please help if you have any info that can assist.
