The packet loss is obviously an issue for me but...
I had done this but I do not have the results on me. I get major fluctuations in ping on Hop 2 which is the AH ip in Cape Town. I will post the screenshot later.
What is supposed to be 11-12ms shoots up to 300ms and the average over a couple hours is 25ms.
