3. Wi-Fi coverage is great on the Ubiquity router/Access Point they provide.

Cut the crap, Rain. I cancelled my service months ago. I was lucky if I got 512Kbps. I got WebAfrica and I was getting 50Mb down. I only cancelled because I got fibre installed.
Cell C contracts can only be cancelled by dialing 084143.
Problem is after waiting about 5 for a consultant to answer, the call cuts.

How else can one cancel a Cell C contract?
There's no way they can tell what sim card you use. Get the phone and use your MTN card. If something goes wrong, take it back and say you were using an 8ta sim.
I'm pretty sure they can't force you to use one service provider over another. It's your phone. Wtf!
