    Performed a HDD format several times, last one was around 16:00 hours on Monday 01/03/2022. Today catch-up and Box-office hasn't loaded up to now.

    I'm having trouble with my explora 1. 1. After formatting hard drive catch-up and Box-office failing to load (says service not available in your country/region) 2. Can record but failing to watch recordings. 3. No EPG information.
