My CPE is mounted outside on top of the building. I have used the activate.rain.co.za to ensure I have moved to where it’s supposed to be. When I log into the CPE it shows full bars on 5G and I think 4 bars on 4G. However the activate.rain.co.za says I have excellent signal
Thanks, I have been battling with continuous interruption on our internet. I have full 5G and 4G yet it’s cutting out periodically throughout the day, I’ve tried also changing the antenna to a fixed option using 2 or 6 with the same result
Please can anyone tell me how to get support from Rain? I have tried the online support portal and the support email address and Facebook with no success
