    I thought I'd try something else first. When the mouse works, it's a bit jerky, so I cleaned the optic... Now it works perfectly. Sites and all! Now I feel quite like a dumbass!

    Not really. It's a company site that I have accessed from home for the first time. Doing some catching up after hours. I will check for a driver update and see if that helps. Thanks
