    You basically buy a Samsung midrange phone for : " awesome screen, awesome camera, long lasting battery life". They don't typically use the fastest chipsets in midrange devices.

    These clawback policies by ISPs are basically an informal contract. You are forced to remain with them or repay the connection & installation fee. So these increases are pretty annoying when you are pretty much signing an informal contract with the ISP.
