    Lawyers really know how to draw things out and talk a load of bollocks. I’m pretty sure most commentators on this thread could some up what they say in a few pages and some simple diagrams. No wonder the courts are such a mess and the Stalingrad approach is so successful.

    Agree with you there. I know usher bell rented the offices in Stellenbosch I also know he is involved in a big development where JS bought ten flats in Stellenbosch. Not sure if that is still going through. There was a voice conference between usher bell and Cheri marks some time in 2019...

    Biggs didn’t actually make it back to UK. the boat was intercepted by Cubans where they held a trial in Cuba for a month and then sent him back to Brazil. He was bankrupt most of his life so I guess the best we can hope for is that JS money doesn’t last. It cost a lot of money to be on the run.

    Hi all. I know I have asked this before but I didn’t get a clear answer. inhave some information that I would like to share with the liquidators but not sure who to trust. Adv Vaughn Victor was on carte Blanche. Is he part of the RAG group? i don’t see his name on the FCSA announcement ?
