I am a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 2018, Microsoft Office 2019/365 Specialist Expert Instructor and a Microsoft Office 2016 Specialist Master Instructor based in Benoni, South Africa. I am a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer and IC3 Digital Literacy GS6 Master. I am also a Microsoft Certified Trainer Regional Lead since 2020 where I represent Microsoft Certified Trainers in South Africa and 15 other Southern African countries. For the past 4 years, I have specialized in conducting internationally accredited training & consulting for Microsoft Office & Microsoft 365 applications and services, specifically for business/end users. I also provide training on the CompTIA A+, CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ & IC3 Digital Literacy programs which are internationally accredited training programs on IT technical support and computer literacy, respectively. For these respective training programs, I also prepare candidates for the international exams so they can achieve the respective certifications.
