Dstv Now App, Problems on Hisense Smart TV

I tried to update but the tv already has the latest firmware. Everything else You Tube, Netflix etc works perfectly

I bought my Hisense on Friday... Exactly the same issue. Hope someone has a answer. I also noticed that while watching dstv channels the buffering circle would pop up and stay on but video will continue to play
