    Octatel failure. 100mbps line running at 4mbps for more than a month.

    I signed up through Adept fibre on the Octatel network in Feb 2020 for a 100/20mbps fibre line. From the start this was a disaster. Line was installed but I had to wait another week, because the technician did not splice line in the kiosk. Then when line got active I could not stream anything...
