2007 Toyota Fortuner 4x4 what could go wrong?

Maybe ask the dealer to do a diagnostic test on the engine and see if anything flags. I had a 2008 model that reached 207 000 kms at which point the engine light started coming on. The diagnostic test indicated a diesel supply issue in the engine.
