Did my free upgrade this afternoon from 20/20 to 50/25 and have 2 issues:
1. Speedtest still shows only 20/20 while ClientZone shows 50/25
2. Also see I have been double billed for October (Invoices IN26401569 & IN26551407)

Just as an added precaution dial *155# and block/cancel & set spend limits to zero.
Check every 6 months or so, definitely if you upgrade your contract, as it seems to magically revert back to ON with large spend limits!!
This fraud from MTN has started up again. I and a few family members/friends have received SMS's described above. Dial *155# and block/cancel and change spend limit to zero.
Nice idea but some stuff is incorrect i.e. Vumatel is not an ISP but ".. Vumatel is not a service provider but simply installs the infrastructure "
I'm sure they will sort it out once they get going, I would definitely use the website.
