    I used to re-read the series in the early 2000s whenever I was writing exams; much better than studying, LOL. Must have read the first 6 3 or 4 times. The middle bunch of the series were slow though.

    They'd prefer it to break more quickly? Personally, I prefer my vehicles don't break soon. I like reliable ones.

    It was so annoying. I had to pay duties for a parcel, and had to use a physical card, and actually put it into the machine. No tap-to-pay.

    Did it again. I did my 550th parkrun, and 350th at Roodepoort, and managed a Parkrun PB (26:41), and that on a pretty hilly course.

    In the last 12 weeks, I have broken my Roodepoort Parkrun PB 6 times, and my overall Parkrun PB once. My previous PBs (overall and Roodepoort) were 8 years ago. I don't know what suddenly changed.

    Completed, the Airfix 1/72 Bristol 192 Belvedere. It's basically a 1959 kit, and I have the 1970s edition of the kit. The kit itself doesn't match the actual helicopter it's modelled on, since the kit was based on a prototype. It was definitely too much work to convert it to the final production...

    I love the 860 series; I pronate slightly, and they're perfect. Been running with various versions for years. I think I'm on V13 now, and have another V13 pair in the cupboard waiting for when these get downgraded to running parkrun.
