Thank you for the suggestion, he did follow your suggestion, which he got similar advice from the support team previously, but he tested now and was able to login, but after around 20min, it kicks him off the start citizen. so we are back to square one again.

I did recently build a new system, so there should be no issues anything networking wise. but now that ive been thinking about it, its quite bad on reddit. most content on there loads slowly. as soon as im on vodacom 5g its 100%. pc is on cable, full line speed. any other suggestions?

I got a call back from of the support team, and they promised they would phone me before end of business to update me i received, is there nothing that can be done?
Regarding ticket #COOL-20240115-1614037 they came and switched out the CPE but its been two hours, and still nothing is working. the CPE lights are all green but I was told to wait 2 hours ago and they would tell me when its fixed as the system is slow, can you help with this?
