Vumatel has stated that they have deprovisioned the line on the previous ISP's side and the activation is currently in progress with the CISP order. Our connect team, will revert back to you with more information soonest.
Hi there, unfortunately we have no control over other ISP's releasing the line. This is purely between Vumatel and the ISP who has current control. Once the current ISP releases the line, only then can we 'take over" your line so to speak.
