Hi. Disconnect all wires and shorted the outputs on the machine like they said i should and alarm still there even when nothing connected.

Hi everyone I am new and hope this is in the correct place. My wirard 4 Energizer has a gate alarm that keeps flashing. Everything works, but it keeps flashing and then the alarm comes in. Any help to reset wil be awesome. Tried switching on and off and using the magnet.
