Here’s how much money police officers earn in South Africa

    1. What has this got to do with "Broadband and IT News"? Getting really gatvol of mybb misclassifying "news". 2. There's a trillion "mitigating" circumstances that affect salary. You've touched on zero of them. This whole article is dumb and pointless.

Question - wireless keyboard and mouse

What computer are you using? If a laptop, then it most likely has BlueTooth. It may be disabled in the BIOS, or the driver isn't installed. If you're on a desktop, you'll probably have to purchase a Bluetooth adapter. They're pretty cheap ...

Question - wireless keyboard and mouse

Then there won't be an adapter. Just pair the mouse with your computer (assuming it has Bluetooth.)

Question - wireless keyboard and mouse

... or it's a bluetooth mouse. Which model mouse did you buy as a replacement?

Do you use a wired or wireless mouse?

Wired. I'm lazy and ignore low-battery warnings, so at some point wireless ones go flat and I curse the damned thing.

    Thinning an O'ring

Manually resizing an oring, especially for use in an air gun is just asking for crap. Find an online schematic of the pistol and identify the correct size oring, then goto Bearing Man and get the right thing.

CD Rom missing after new Mobo

    1. Try connecting the optical drive to a different (physical) SATA port. Although your board specs don't list an M.2 slot, a note on the board advises: When a device in SATA mode is installed on the M.2 socket, SATA_2 port cannot be used 2. Online stores with a good variety of TVs?

I had to go read up on VRR. Variable Refresh Rate. Right, got it ... probably. So the NANO86 models support VRR, but not the NANO80 models. Mein gott in himmel! There are so many things to look for in TVs for these next gen consoles ... and if I get the "wrong" one then my son's gonna think...

Online stores with a good variety of TVs?

Oh, cool and thanks - that'll save some bucks and 120HZ > 100HZ ... so all round happiness :D FWIW, Incredible's site lists it as 60Hz ... that'll teach me to trust what they say LG's local site says the local version (55SM8600PVA) is 100Hz : https://www.lg.com/za/tvs/lg-55SM8600PVA Not...

Online stores with a good variety of TVs?

Thanks @genetic but 1) the TV you linked to only has a 60Hz refresh 2) LG's "local" site lists the 55NANO86VNA here : https://www.lg.com/za/tvs/lg-55nano86vna-nanocell-4k-tv

Online stores with a good variety of TVs?

Hirschs Tafelberg - their selection is different to ExpertStores (who I think operate out of Tafelberg's premises?) I'm also starting to look at "proper" 4k TVs for new gen consoles. I don't have QLED / OLED money. The LG Nanocell 55NANO86VNA is looking good (good ratings in reviews, HDR, HDMI...

    Rockin'it

What's up with the stupid-crazy sky-high prices? I get that the ASUS ROG stuff is pricey, but R172,000 ... my f0k man https://www.rockinit.co.za/product/asus-rog-strix-x570-e-gaming/ I know it's their way of saying "Njeet" ... but there are less shocking ways of saying that.

    Disappearing/Hard to find Products

Oxo. Marmite and Bovril doesn't taste the same. I get Prep from most of the shops in JHB so it's definitely still around.
