For anybody that was asking about the R1000 pre-order voucher from Samsung I spoke to their support team on Samsung members and was informed that they will be sending out vouchers this week to everyone that applied and to keep an eye on your emails. -

Phone 10213, head to sales and then there is an option to upgrade on there. That's where I ended up as mine is an upgrade too. Can't believe how unwilling telkom are to sell you a phone though. The last thing I want to do nowadays is stand in a queue at a telkom store. -

The best thing to do is phone their sales department directly. I did my pre order the day after launch and never got a call back. I eventually phoned them and was told to re-apply for the pre-order. Applied again and still no call. Yesterday I gave up and phoned their sales department. Got the...
