    Its not always the case. I stay in a Metropolitan City right behind a popular mall and there is no fibre. The only company providing uncapped internet is Telkom. I made an application for it. 3 months later they have not installed it. There's many service providers but not for all areas.

    Shame i feel for all these people trying to cancel their contracts because i was there too. It took me 5 months trying to cancel but even now they will still bill me hopefully for the last time. I called their call centre, emailed , went to their stores and still got no help except for the bill...
