    I sumbitted the 19th, it got allocated last week wednesday and finalised yesterday and got the completed letter as well now not sure how long to get paid as the refund status still says on hold due to audit for some reason. Hoping thats just a bug as the SOA says no for selected for audit now :D

    So despite them telling me my case was allocated and they dont send the messages anymore yesterday afternoon i got a notification that my case has been allocated now. So who knows how it works lol

    The 0800007277 number, there is a long wait i was 170th in queue but it took like 20 mins to get through. Have your case number from the email they sent when they received the documents

    Got hold of SARS this morning, they don't send out messages when a case is allocated anymore. So my case is with someone. Received on the 21st of July, hopefully doesn't get delayed

    Its been 9 days and im still waiting for my case to be allocated to an official. Let me know if you get the message so i know i need to contact them because all i get told is first come first serve :D

    Im waiting now on TaxTim, not sure why but last year had like 18k return this year TaxTim estimated return is 3k. Makes me wonder if i must to it myself or if they underestimate as i have home office, travel and medical that is not part of my irp5

    Goin out on a limb here in case anyone is in a similar boat. My wife was with HealthSquared last year before they went belly up. How would we go about getting tax certificates because even the website is offline now. Very frustrating

    Quick question, i filed and was selected for verification. They owed me about 20k. They just sent a revision now in that i owe them 2k. But if i look on my SOA they still owe me 18k. I am very confused does the revision just subtract from the original or do i actually owe them money now?
