Been having pretty bad latency and packet loss to local + international these past couple of nights (~7pm), Frogfoot CPT around Milnerton. Looks like congestion, is there a known issue?
Is there any way to raise two seperate tickets for two seperate issues on Clientzone? When I tried, it just appends the second ticket to the first. I'm worried that since the connectivity ticket is now just appended to the accounts and billing ticket, it'll take longer to be looked at
