my apologies i just remember seeing someone say they had to replace the fan and that is the machine i want to buy so i got a bit worried.let me know what you done for replacement of the fan and if it works so i can know for future- DaDoF2

am i allowed to say how much i enjoy the chicken biltong i buy from the shop.my current favourite is boesmanland biltong in canal walk and i cant get enough of their chicken chilli.possibly due the fact that i have to limit the red meat intake.but im keen to give it a go.- DaDoF2

hi everyone.is this thread still active.i just joined the forum after reading all 88pages of this thread and decided that i will no longer buy biltong as i have been for years.so i will be shopping for a biltong maker month end.i know many people frown upon it but i have to limit red meat intake...- DaDoF2
