My new 500GB SSD is installed. The PC is blazing fast now. On par with the other two PCs you see in the Geekbench screenshot.
Notice that it's using less RAM than before. Now it's at 27% before it was around 55%.
The other two machines also use around 50% RAM and are 8GB in total. I don't...
I settled on the Sandisk.
There's the SanDisk Ultra 3D SSD 500GB for R1249 at Incredible Connection.
And the Sandisk 1TB SSD Plus for R1999 at Makro.
But according to this article the Ultra is faster and has 5 year warranty compared to 3 year warranty on the Plus...
I'm really thinking about getting the Samsung SSD.
