Cell C customer charged R14,000 for 14GB
Voice is voice, and data is data. Never the two shall meet. If data is depleted, it's depleted. Airtime should not be reduced by OOB charges. Hard caps must be instituted. If on a contract, I'm quite sure that OOB rates are against the NCR.- Damocles
