    @CoolEscalator @TheRoDent any reason CI doesn't have a speedtest.net server anymore? I usually use it to test and max out the line but can't seem to find it. Using Cell C and Afrihost for now, but would prefer an on network server. Thanks.

    See all the cloudflare reports. Could you potentially confirm if Subdomain.freshdesk.com is related. Getting an ip - 172.66.0.145 when pinging which seems to be cloudflare. Won't load on Cool Ideas, but loads on MTN.

    OK great. Yeah it's labelled sn on the back label starting 485. Its attached to the ticket. Hopefully we can resolve this soon.
